i got an offer to buy phones for cheap price..for ex,nokia e90 is just 270usd..but the seller is in uk and he asked me to pay via paypal/western union..so can i trust him?he said he need 5/6 days to confirm the payment if i pay via paypal..so what should i do?i dont really trust western union..and if i use paypal and the seller did not send the phone,what can i do?if i report to paypal,will paypal refund me?i’m from malaysia..

Never pay western union. If you are buying through ebay, they don’t even allow payment through western union anymore because of so many people get ripped off. Paypal is safe and secure and has up to $2000 in buyers protection. And if this guy does end up ripping you off you don’t have to worry about it paypal will get your money back. Also paypal will freeze his account and all kinds of good stuff.
