Nokia N96 Software Download Help!?

I’m facing a problem in my N96, wenever I wanna download Windows Live Messenger for Mobile from the “Downloads” it downloads nd makes a warning sound & cant open the msn :S. I updated my phone to the latest version nd re-download it, it didnt work i even download the msn for mobile from my pc nd put it on my phone , also didnt work. What’s wrong with my phone :S? I rlly need to get the msn asap! What do i do?

Try updating your firmware first. Make sure its the latest firmware then try again. Worked for me.
