Nokia Navigator Updates
nokia poor service backup?
Dear all,
anywho who have encounter poor servicing backup, pls provide all detail here and hopefully someone from their headoffice will know about this and take some action.
I have used N70, and N73 and all these phone have encounter the need for software update during the warranty period.
For N73, during the 9mths that i have used, it was sent in for servicing for 5 times mainly parts change.
Finally, i upgrade to a navigator N6110. after using for 2 mths , it was sent in to change the speaker. now after 1 mth, the phone is not ready yet and no one is nokia service centre can tell me when i can expect my phone back.
EVERYONE .. BOYCOTT NOKIA TILL THEIR QUALITY AND SERVICE IMPROVE
First time hearing this. I have been using Nokia for the past 6 and half years. Never had any problems.
