my Nokia 6288 phone problem or battery problem?

I just buy a new battery for nokia 6288. After charge the battery bout 9 hours, then didnt make any call. Im wonder why after 12 hours without using the phone, the battery power become low battery. And i go to change the battery for 3 times, the result also the same. Izzit is my phone problem? the seller say maybe is my phone problem. Do u know bout the nokia 6288 phone?
