Nokia Phone Customer Service
My husband has an older Nokia net 10 phone. I can’t call him, but…?
My husband can make calls, but when I try to call him I get “This person is not excepting calls at this time” How do I get his phone back to receiving calls. I tried customer service with the company and they have not responded.Can anyone help? Thank you.
It was working fine a few days ago. He is always pushing buttons.He is not electronicaly gifted. Thanks for your help.
it could be he is roaming and does not have an account set for that ..There are any number of reason why this is happening . And for you to call customer service may not help either .. It will all depend on who’s name the account is in and they will not or should not give you any information even though you are his wife .. they don’t have any way of knowing who you are so really so that is the proper thing for them to do ..Maybe he is not near a tower and has no signal .. that could be too , some older phones are analog and they only work in some areas this could be part of the reason ..I would suggest he gets a new phone , most providers have a trade up option .. then if he gets a newer digital phone his coverage will be much better ..
I have a trac phone that I use sometimes and it is a Nokia 2600 and it does not work in all area’s because it is analog , I can’t even use it for voice mail so that might just be the reason ..
Do you know the model number ? look up the 2600 on the Net 10 site and see if its the same as your husband has ..
there could be the possbilite that he accidently blocked the number but I’m not going there …..

Sorry I could not be of more help and I was not implying that he purposly bloced your calls.. the button pushing is probably the cause.. there should be a factory re set setting on your phone .. but it may require a pin number to work .. and that may delete any contacts you have stored on the phone ..If I knew more about the phone I could help you. …
