Nokia Phone Lock Keypad

Can any one help me out 6 days and my phone is locked?

i got my nokia N73 a month ago since theres no auto keypad lock i set it to autolock after 3 min but i forgot my password and my phone has been locked for 6 days im trying to remeber but i cant some of my friends told mee try formating ur cell by pressing *3and the green button but it doesnt work any suggestions my phone is not supported in canada and there isnt ne one that can fix it for me
my phone isnt supported in canada they cant help me and in canada there are no nokia sevices or ne one that can help me how can i format my cell or how can i fix it my self
