Nokia Phone Locker

Nokia 6210 file locker?

Ok, you see I just got a new phone… awesome phone and works brilliantly, but umm… I have a few files I would love to hide on there and well the phone searchs for all images in all folders and displays them in the one folder along with your backgrounds and other stuff… so, can anyone tell me if there is a way around this. A file lock or something that will work on this phone…?

That depends on how far you’re willing to go to hide them and where you plan to access them. If you need access from your phone, you’re probably a bit out of luck in terms of hiding them effectively — Windows mobile would really be better here — but you can try, if your phone has any kind of file browser, moving them to a system directory, music folder, or something similar.

If you only need to access them from your PC, although I fail to see the purpose of putting them on a cell in that case, you can do just about anything with them. Encrypt them, hide them in the firmware… you name it.
