hi
there was a fault with my nokia xpress phone so i sent it away but since its been back it has that litle icon of a key and keeps locking so i have to keep pressing it to unlock it. ive lost my instructions and have fiddled with the phone and cant find the unlocking part…does anyone know what to press so i dont have to keep pressing it to unlock it?

someone has been a right pig – they told me to go on the nokia website which i duly did and then caught a virus and im using somebody elses computer now waiting to get mine fixed. some people are horrible. needless to say his name is not on here now and can only remember it beginning with a

Under settings go to “phone” and look for “automatic keyguard”. You can turn it off there.
