Old Nokia Phones 6210

Where can I find out the model number of my mobile phone?

I used to have a nokia phone that fitted into my car. It has built in speakers. VW Passat TDI. I can’t remember the model number as I want to pick one up on e-bay.
It was quite slim. It’s an older one the one many companies use.
I think it was something like a Nokia 6210? Largish screen, no colour?? Any ideas?
