Nokia 2630 – How can i unlock this? FREE (OPENLINE)?

I still can’t unlock my nokia 2630 which is locked to Globe Telecoms and I want to use another SIM…..i have already tried entering last 4 digits of my phone number as a restriction code but still didn’t work…cellphone shops here in Manila still have no software to unlock it…
